On Halloween night, two friends, Tara and Dawn, encounter Art the Clown, a menacing figure with a silent but sadistic demeanor. After following them to a nearby building, Art’s horrifying intentions become clear as he begins a gruesome killing spree.
Tara finds herself separated from Dawn and becomes Art’s primary target. She endures a terrifying game of cat-and-mouse in the desolate building, where Art’s violent and unpredictable behavior takes center stage. Meanwhile, Dawn meets a grisly fate, solidifying Art’s reputation for brutality.
As Tara’s sister, Victoria, comes searching for her, she becomes entangled in Art’s carnage. The building turns into a labyrinth of terror, with each survivor trying to outwit the relentless clown. Art’s kills grow more shocking and grotesque, showcasing his penchant for cruelty.
