Spider-Man 3 follows Peter Parker as he struggles with his dual life as a college student and a superhero. He is feeling confident in his role as Spider-Man and his relationship with Mary Jane Watson, but things take a dark turn when a black alien symbiote attaches to him. This symbiote enhances his powers but also brings out darker, more aggressive traits, leading Peter to become arrogant and reckless.

Meanwhile, new threats arise. Harry Osborn, Peter’s best friend, becomes the new Green Goblin, seeking revenge on Spider-Man for his father’s death. Additionally, a new villain, Sandman, emerges after a tragic accident transforms Flint Marko into a powerful sand-based creature. Marko is revealed to be the man responsible for Uncle Ben’s death, which intensifies Peterโ€™s personal conflict.

As Peter struggles with his darker side under the influence of the symbiote, he alienates Mary Jane and pushes away his friends. His arrogance leads to destructive decisions, including a brutal battle with Harry, who is still under the influence of his father’s legacy. Peter eventually realizes that he must rid himself of the symbiote and confront the villains who have caused so much pain in his life.

In the filmโ€™s climax, Peter battles both Sandman and Venom, the latter being a former journalist named Eddie Brock, who also becomes bonded to the alien symbiote. After a fierce confrontation, Peter defeats Venom and Sandman, but he ultimately forgives Flint Marko for his past sins. The movie ends with Peter reconciling with Mary Jane, understanding that being Spider-Man requires both responsibility and humility.

Spider-Man 3 explores themes of vengeance, forgiveness, and the consequences of power, culminating in Peter Parkerโ€™s growth as a hero and a person.
